The salesman, Joe Shipley, I had was AMAZING. However, what wasn’t amazing, was the fact that I had to wait there for around FOUR HOURS waiting on finance. After my test drive and filling out the paperwork with Joe, there was around a half hour wait for me to get a notification that there was a new inquiry on my credit report. After that I had to wait for OVER three hours to FINALLY get into the finance office!!! So I’ve deducted one star because of that wait time.

The dealership was able to get my car in for service the very next day when I called., My cars issues were found, I then authorized the needed work and within two hours or so and then I was on my way home. owned my Mustang for 9 years now and it has not had service anywhere else.

I ordered my 2024 Maverick November 4th, 2023 and drove it home March 3rd 2024. I've ordered 2 other vehicles from the factory through the years and this 4 month turn around time seems about average. Every step of the way both Ford and Diehl kept me apprised on my truck's progress during production. The final delivery was easy and not time consuming. I am very satisfied with the entire process.
