Today my elderly mother took her 2020 Ford Escape in for factory service. She was treated poorly by one of two service personnel and he was very inattentive to her needs or concerns with the vehicle. After a short time period, she was advised her vehicle service was completed but found no reason for the service display wrench icon, speculating that her oil simply needed changed. TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! My 73 year old mother purchased a vehicle from Diehl in Massillon, Ohio. This vehicle had a steering column replacement. The sales people said the vehicle was sound. She has driven it twice. The second time she drove it, the steering was making an awful grinding sound. I then drove it and checked the power steering fluid. It was empty. Best car buying experience I've ever had in my life would highly recommend. Purchased Ford bronco we love it!

This was the best car shopping experience we have had. We were treated very well, given a better deal than expected. Felt comfortable and not pressured through the whole experience. Did not feel we were being taken advantage of at all which we have felt a lot at other places.

They’re really great and I’m not just saying this but they helps me get Everthing I need before leaving off the lot , I definitely appreciate them I was down for a month with no car , my car head gasket went out , there very nice reasonable HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My Maverick’s battery died 3 times and it took 2 appointments to fix it.



1400 appointment for some recalls on my Bronco. It's supposed to be picked up by the dealership and I still haven't gotten a phone call to get the car keys. Already doing a good job. I'll update with more info. Update: Communication and planning to get my truck was great. Car recall was done really fast

On this particular day, my dashboard sent a msg about a tire problem..I stopped by the tire/lube shop to have my tires checked, b/c I purchased one several days prior from there. I must say, the personnel were very helpful as always. Keep employing workers Who Care.

Folks in the service center were great! And that’s about where it ends. The old appearance of this dealership, dusty dirty cars on the lot, no coffee cups, and employee walking to restroom unzipping his fly BEFORE he went through the restroom door…well that did it for me. Great experience all around—everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very friendly and attentive.

Bob and Eli were great. Not your normal pushy salesmen but true gentlemen and professionals. Even though we were unable to make a deal it was still a very great experience and would recommend them anytime.

Customer service has gone downhill, but prices have gone up. Also the price was increased by 20% from the time I got there to the time I left, when all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. I was a loyal customer of this place for 11 years, but I am not going back again.

Mel Boone always takes great care of my Ford 150! He is a wonderful asset!

Oil change appt made on Tuesday with request for pick up & delivery service which we have used before, for on Friday. Sarah, who makes pick up/delivery arrangements was supposed to call or email me. I really wish I could give this dealership a higher rating. They gave me a fair trade in value for my truck and the one I purchased was below market however, the entire process took extremelyyyy long. About 3-3.5 hours. The truck I got was also fairly dirty despite being “cleaned” for roughly an hour, hour and a half while I was in the purchasing process. The salesman, Joe Shipley, I had was AMAZING. However, what wasn’t amazing, was the fact that I had to wait there for around FOUR HOURS waiting on finance. After my test drive and filling out the paperwork with Joe, there was around a half hour wait for me to get a notification that there was a new inquiry on my credit report. After that I had to wait for OVER three hours to FINALLY get into the finance office!!! So I’ve deducted one star because of that wait time.

Wasn't happy when the back seat sencer was turned off instead of fixed. Couldn't understand turning off safety feature. So I thought I would give you another chance. An oil change, 2 air filters and fix the back seat sencer. The cost was $212.00. You are pricing me out of your business. A bunch of other stuff was done that wasn't required. If there was a rating lower than 1 I would give it.

I was very disappointed that a simple oil change and the installation of a new set of tires took all day. This was very unsatisfactory service.
